Profile Information

About Me:
I've been a performer since the age of 4, done a lot of acting and writing, did performance art and spoken word, played in bands for 20 years (photos of this timespan below), toured, taught singing for Disney and the Lee Strasberg Institute... I love to sing and write songs -- I've written an album of folk/pop songs with world music instrumentation, Lithuanian background vocals, and spiritual lyrics. I love the influences of the psychedelic era, and I also love collaborating in different styles (I have a background in jazz). Since I was a vocal coach for 14 years, I have now evolved that into life coaching and spiritual teaching. It is my gift, my joy and intention to help people heal emotionally, and support them in becoming all they were born to be in whatever endeavor they choose. In Los Angeles, I've been a member of Agape since 1992, and studied Science of Mind for 2 years with Michael Bernard Beckwith -- I am currently working towards my practitioner's license. In Santa Barbara, I've been on the Core Council of the metaphysical center, Center of the Heart (a mini-Agape), I announce for services there, and I host spiritual film nights there once a month.
...AND as of July 2009, I have the privilege of being this wonderful group's Community Manager. I'll be talking with you through our next newsletter!

Conscious Creativity means...
...bringing forth greater consciousness and awareness through the arts! The act of creation is harnessing a glimpse of the unseen dimension and attempting to anchor it in some physical form -- resulting in the expansion of the more limited dimension (as here on earth or in the chosen medium of the art) through the anchoring of a higher or greater perspective / expression within it.
My vision:
To inspire people to be wholly all that they are here to be, to lift their vibration through my music, teaching and writing, bringing them to a higher, faster frequency. To create with like-minded gifted people, works that transform our culture and society towards greater kindness. To honor the wisdom of the heart, to be a catalyst for healing and greater integration of feminine and masculine energies, to encourage humanity to evolve beyond narrow egoic definitions of self. To get as close as I can to the center of the great mystery. And to have a lot of fun doing it, and spread joy!
I am really good at:
Performing, voiceovers, spokesperson, hosting, MC, singing, writing (music, articles, essays), teaching, speaking, organizing, analyzing, listening, communicating, coaching, acting and interacting, and I speak fluent Lithuanian.
I could use help with:
Recording and producing music, publicity
Tools I use...
Mac computer, Digital Performer software (among others), wisdom and an effervescent personality ;->
I am looking for (services):
A music collaborator. And coaching clients who seek to break past their limitations and breakthrough to their greatness.
I am offering (services):
Acting, hosting, voiceovers, spokesperson, MC, singing, lyric and melody writing, article writing, coaching based on Science of Mind principles and the works of Eckhart Tolle (and others), public speaking, workshops and seminars that help people become aware and break through the unconscious limitations (personality constructs) that hold back their greatness.

Manifesting the Vision

Here's just an excerpt from an essay I've been reading called "Manifesting the Vision" by Rama J. Vernon, founder of the Center for International Dialogue. I hope it inspires all of you on a challenging path:

"If we can keep a sense of 'non doing' or inaction within each of our actions, we will not grow tired or feel the need to withdraw to recuperate. As we combine a sense of ease, of stillness within our activity, we will feel renewed each hour.

The following guidelines have helped me consid… Continue
