About Me:

Small town Canadian girl, hopped on Uncle Phil's 18 wheeler to make it in Hollywood. Ended up in Tokyo for 4 years, then Columbia University in NYC, then LA and now I'm a proud single mom of Gabe. I savor life. I love to savor life. Even the hard stuff. Watching mom die was right up there with giving birth to Gabe... real, poignant, meaningful. I love coaching, interviewing, hosting, speaking. God this feels like an eHarmony profile! I intend to be the spiritual sensual Barbara Walters giving women permission for pleasure knowing when mama's happy, everybody's happy. I am grateful to be alive, especially at this time.

Conscious Creativity means...

Power is power. Simply a force of energy. For example with the work I do with women, sexuality, sensual freedom... our sexuality is very powerful, yet we can use it to manipulate from neediness, or we can use it to inspire from fullness. Conscious creativity means to choose to direct the flow of power with awareness for the uplifting and expansion of all toward their highest good. Why else be here?

My vision:

What turns me on is when a women gives herself permission for pleasure and is radiant, luscious, juicy and alive. It turns me on when a man is noble, dark with heart, impeccably present, living his legacy. And it turns me on when sexuality meets the sacred, when couples meet to create thriving relationships and flourishing families. My passion and life calling is to be a catalyst for those relationships and to live as a sensual, soulful, powerful and open woman, lover and mother.
